I have over 30 years of international business experience. Now living in Santa Barbara although originally from London, UK., my specialties include finding international buyers for the Santa Barbara property market. International buyers accounted for $77.9 billion in residential sales in 2019. As part of Coldwell Banker, we have 48 offices worldwide and in any given day will close approximately $135M on behalf of our clients.

My philosophy is simple: Clients come first. I pledge to be in constant communication with my clients, keeping them fully informed throughout the entire buying or selling process. I believe that if you’re not left with an amazing experience, I haven’t done my job. I don’t measure success through achievements or awards but through the satisfaction of my clients.

I am as passionate about the local community as I am about selling houses and very proud to have organized the inaugural “Women and the Environment Conference” (sponsored by Pacific Standard Magazine/Sage Publishing) in Santa Barbara which culminated in the creation of many new collaborations to ensure the safety of our environment.

Following the devastating fires and subsequent debris-flow in Montecito, we wanted to find a way to say “Thank you!” to the firefighters and first responders. It was a true privilege to have been a part of The Kick Ash Bash an event that exceeded all our expectations. We raised $2.2M and purchased much needed new equipment mainly for the fire crews including three new mobile command centers, search, rescue and recovery gear and equipment.

It was also an awesome full day concert for the first responders and their families. Only now do I realize how many world class talented musicians call Montecito home and how a catastrophe can bring an entire community closer together.

Life highlights: First parachute jump with the British Army, seeing Nelson Mandela lifting the Rugby World Cup in South Africa, living in Western Australia where the beaches are hundreds of miles long, meeting my beautiful wife and moving to sunny California.
